Please consider yourself cordially invited to the World Wide, International, Super Spectacular Birthday Extravaganza of our dear friend and comrade, Rob Will! Rob will turn 34 this June 29th. This will be his 12th birthday while wrongfully incarcerated and on Texas’s Death Row.
During his time in the “Orwellian Hell” which is the Polunsky Unit, the friendship and solidarity that Rob has received from the outside world has been a constant source of strength, hope and connection for him. Being that the mailroom is sometimes slow; remember to give any birthday greetings you send ample time to get there.
This birthday comes at a particularly important time. Rob has had phenomenal legal success recently and we really want to keep the ball rolling. The best gift he could receive would be for this to be the last birthday that he has to spend incarcerated. Though there are many volunteers working tirelessly on his case who ask for no monetary compensation, funds are desperately needed in order to get the extra help we need for our final victory. Rob needs experts in various fields and investigators to assist and support the tremendous work being done by his attorneys and legal team.
Here is our plan: Rob is turning 34, so in an extreme show of solidarity we are hoping that each of his friends and supporters could send a donation of at least $34.00 to his defense fund. Our goal is to raise $100,000.00 so whatever you can afford whether it is $34.00 or $100.00 or more, it will mean the world to Rob and will go a long way toward saving his life. All Rob wants for his birthday is a full panel of various experts and investigators. What a wonderful birthday gift!
Because of the restrictions on mail, Rob is not able to receive a wrapped gift on his birthday. Instead, we would like to do a photo collage comprised of photos of each supporter who makes a donation (and a small message from each supporter) so Rob can see and feel the love and solidarity we all have for him.
